I’ve been working with various forms of energy healing since I was a kid. My mother introduced me to hands-on energy work as early as 5 years old. The most groundbreaking energy healing approach I’ve learned about since is the Bengston Method, detailed in author William Bengston’s book, The Energy Cure.
This healing method has been used to effect 100% cure rates in lab mice injected with fatal doses of cancer, in multiple replicated experiments.
The mice were expected to all die, but they were all healed, every single time. The healers were not asked to or expected to believe in the effect, or be spiritual in any way. They could perform the method imperfectly and still effect full cures in the mice.
The method is a little weird to get the hang of, as it requires you to memorize a list of personal desires and visualize them so fast you barely register the content of your visualization. But as I mentioned, you can do it imperfectly and still have a positive effect. You can also “store” the healing energy in natural materials such as cotton and water.
As an interesting side effect, performing this method has been reported to manifest some of the healer’s desires used in the visualization method. Which I can attest to from personal experience, surprisingly! I hope so many more people learn this practice (the book describes it and there are a few sources online as well).
I’m still working on really mastering the method, but especially using cotton charged with this energy feels incredibly powerful.
