Grounding as an ecological practice
You’ve probably heard of energetic grounding before, but if you haven’t, my simplest personal definition is to be dynamically plugged into the energy of planet Earth. This includes a two way-exchange. In one direction, Earth energy flows up through our field, freely, in a nourishing way. In the other direction, we’re able to let go of energies that no longer serve us, or we can’t metabolize, down into the Earth for recycling.
